Features:
1) Pressure diamond saw blades (hot and cool): they take shape and have knife head of binding strength with high sharpness 2) Especially, such saw blade can only be manufactured through compression, and product specification should usually be below diameter 400mm3) Proper pressure is applied to hot compression saw blades under the high temperature above 800 degrees, so that they have more even and higher density and better binding strength between the cast and the diamond 4) Cold compression saw blades have similar process, however the pressure is not applied in the process of heat-treatment, so that their physical propertiessuch as density and strength are inferior to hot compression saw blades, although with low production cost and sharpnessAdventage:
